- Valid teaching credentials
- A Master’s degree in preferred
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in high school in China or abroad
- Experience as a subject coach in competitions and events is a plus
- Experience in teaching cross subjects/fields courses is preferred
- Communicative, various set of teaching methods and general knowledge
- Enthusiastic for Chinese culture and cross-cultural collaborations
- Chinese language ability is a plus
- Willing to mentor students emotionally and academically
- Personal and professional flexibility
